Le Gaine Farm at Bedizzole

At the Cottini household the care and passion for vineyards turn into top quality wines. For four generations at least one member of the family has taken care of the cellars and today Paolo and Giovanni Cottini perpetuate the family tradition in a new, modern and efficient facility that meets all the requirements in terms of quality and technology.

The stocks ore located in different places that, altogether stretch of a 12-hectare surface, with density varying from 3500 to 6000 plants per hectare with Guyot system. The variety of farmed grapes ranges from native vine – Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera, Sangiovese, Rebo for the red wines; Riesling, Renano for the white ones – to the best selections of international vines, such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for the red wines, Chardonnay and Sauvignon for the white ones.

The cellars of the Le Gaine farm was built in compliance with state-of-the-art corporate standards and stands out as a perfect combination of tradition and innovation. With 1200 square meters of stocks, its suggestive facility for aging wines in barrique barrels, the cellar awaits visitors and provides a chance to witness the production while enjoying the marvellous rustic atmosphere. The large arcades right in from of the main building bring back to memory the family’s passionate tradition. On the inside, the tasting area allows to sample the quality and taste of our products.
